Our rebel HQ is based out of Rhodes, NSW and this role can be offered on a remote or hybrid basis.
**About the role**:
Loyalty is a key pillar in delivering SRG's 'closeness to customer' strategy, where cross-functional teams have been set up to execute and manage the brand's loyalty proposition to improve club growth, retention, and increase frequency and ATV. Within this cross-functional squad led by the Head of Loyalty, the Loyalty Merchandising Manager is responsible for developing loyalty offers with the Merchandise team, for managing the rewards store where relevant, for managing rewards conversion from loyalty currency and for working with trade partners to create member-only rewards in the form of products and experiences.
This role reports functionally into the Business Manager, Health & Wellbeing and coordinates with the rest of the Merchandising team to ensure the loyalty program and campaigns showcase our range.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Participates in the development of the loyalty roadmap and engages the Merchandising team to ensure the loyalty program reflects the best customer offer available.
- Assists in designing and creating loyalty offers (eg. events, sign-up benefits, category specific offers) to support the loyalty strategy.
- Co-creates loyalty benefits and offers (eg. exclusive gear, event invitations etc.) with relevant loyalty partners.
- Manages the range, pricing and promotions on the rewards store and manages the conversion rates of loyalty currency to dollar/item value.
- Establish and manage loyalty partnerships with external parties.
- Designing the approach used to monitor and assess reward store range and performance.
**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**:
- 3+ years' experience in a category management** **or retail loyalty role
- Marketing or Business Tertiary Qualification
- Experience working with a Loyalty program
- Experience in managing and developing a small team
- Analytical skills and financial acumen, incorporating reporting/analytics
- Display an agile mindset
