Food & Beverage Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support Food & Beverage team members to deliver outstanding service
* Oversee daily restaurant and event operations
* Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
* Assist with staff rostering and scheduling
* Train and onboard new employees in line with Hyatt standards
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and OHS requirements
* Support the implementation of Hyatt brand standards and service excellence
About You – Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast‐paced 5‐star hotel restaurant environment
* Minimum 2 years of section waiter experience
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Valid Victorian RSA certificate
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving ability, and a can‐do mindset
* Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
