Join the team at JY Accountants' as a full-time Office Administrator.
This role is based in Southport, QLD and will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy accountancy practice.What you'll be doingManage the front office reception, including greeting clients, answering phone inquiries and coordinating the flow of visitorsProvide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, filing and scanningAssist with the preparation of client invoices and reconcile accounts receivableCoordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance and liaise with external suppliersProvide support to the accounting team as required, including diary management and travel arrangementsContribute to the overall organisation and efficiency of the office environmentTo be considered for this role you will ideally;Have excellent communication skillsTake pride in your professional presentationHave a genuine care when looking after clientsHave exquisite attention to detail and excellent administration skillsBe seeking a long term stable roleWe are looking for a unique individual who has the qualities that can't be taught and put you ahead from the rest.
