About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a key full-time role within an elite building and development company.

As
Bookkeeper & Personal Assistant
, you'll work closely with the Director and senior management, supporting both the financial and operational heartbeat of the business.

It's a role for a flexible go-getter — someone who's just as confident reconciling accounts as they are coordinating meetings, managing projects, or handling confidential matters with professionalism and grace.

Every day will be different, and that's what makes it exciting. You'll play an integral part in keeping the business moving, the numbers balanced, and the operations seamless.

Your Day-to-Day

Bookkeeping & Financial Management


• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.


• Prepare BAS, PAYG, and GST reports in coordination with our accountant.


• Track and report on project budgets, costs, and supplier payments.


• Oversee multiple business entities and ensure compliance and accuracy.

Executive & Personal Support


• Provide high-level administrative and personal assistance to the Director.


• Manage diaries, scheduling, meetings, travel, and correspondence.


• Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.


• Take ownership of follow-ups, deadlines, and project coordination.

Operational Support


• Maintain company compliance: ASIC, insurances, and registrations.


• Assist with tenders, quotes, and project documentation.


• Improve systems and streamline workflows across departments.

Who You Are


• 3+ years of bookkeeping and administrative experience (ideally in construction or property).


• Proficient in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks, and Microsoft 365.


• A natural problem solver with strong initiative and attention to detail.


• Confident, reliable, and discreet — trusted with both business and personal matters.


• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
