YOUR ROLE
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Roads Maintenance team, to take charge of a dedicated crew responsible for maintaining both urban and rural road networks.
In this key role, you'll lead and supervise maintenance teams performing pavement repairs and associated road maintenance tasks. You'll organise daily operations, ensure works are delivered to best practice standards, and play an active role in repairing sealed roads across a variety of locations.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
* A commencing weekly rate between $1,349 - $1,518 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
* Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 38-hour working week
