The role
The role of the Sales and Service Frontline Performance Lead is to support the management of the day-to-day operational requirements of the frontline incentive plans across Voice and Digital Consultants and Team Leaders.

This includes working closely with frontline leaders to ensure a clear understanding of the structure and identifying opportunities for improvements and optimisations that are aligned with the strategic, budgetary, and regulatory objectives.

What you'll be doing

* In collaboration with key stakeholders manage the daily operational requirements of all frontline incentive schemes, including documentation, governance, calculations and adjustments.
* Design and implement key artifacts to support the frontline teams understanding and execution of the relevant incentive schemes..
* In consultation with General Managers, Senior Manager S&S Frontline Performance and frontline leadership coordinate and review the frontline incentive structures and reward and incentive programs across the Sales & Service division.
* Monitor the effectiveness of incentive schemes, analysing data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
* Identifying, investigating and resolving data integrity issues, applying quality assurance processes when sourcing data and reporting to stakeholders
* Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on team performance and incentive scheme effectiveness.
* Follow safety standards that apply to our operations and adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
* Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.
* Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division.
* Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.
* Additional tasks as reasonably required.

* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt style to suit audience.
* Team player who establishes strong working relationships and collaborates with others to achieve common goals.
* Committed to one's own learning and development and demonstrated ability to identify own skill gaps.
* Ability to be flexible in your approach and adapt to change in an ever changing environment.
* Computer literate and can demonstrate an ability to learn new systems quickly including dialer products and technology.
* Develop strong working relationships with all business units enabling successful liaison with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Excel
