PART-TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – (3 days a week)

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Receptionist to join our passionate team of General Practitioners, Nurses and Receptionists.
Receptionist will be responsible for:
* Responding to telephone calls, appointments, emails, faxes
* Greeting patients
* Invoicing and receipting
* End of day settlements
* End of day banking
* Scanning
* Data entry
Personal Attributes:
* Medical receptionist experience preferred but not essential
* Experience using Best Practice desirable however not essential
* Able to multi-task and enjoy a busy environment
* Reliable and conscientious
* Well presented
* Able to work in a team environment and or autonomously
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Excellent eye for detail
* Excellent computer skills
* Energetic, efficient, empathetic and patient focused
* Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity
