About the Role
This senior-level engineering position is responsible for leading software sales, onboarding new users, and developing features that require power systems engineering expertise.
* Meet with potential clients to understand their challenges, demonstrate software capabilities, respond to technical questions, and close sales opportunities.
* Onboard and train new users to ensure they maximize the software platform's benefits.
* Collaborate with existing clients to deeply understand their challenges and create defined scopes of work for the software engineering team.
* Provide technical support for projects across different regions, adapting the platform to diverse grid codes worldwide.
You will be required to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Electrical engineering and power systems experience.
* A strong track record of engaging with clients or stakeholders in a technical capacity, ideally including B2B sales or technical pre-sales.
* Experience using power systems simulation software like PSSE, PSCAD, and PowerFactory.
* Familiarity with grid codes such as NER, WEM Rules, and G99.
* Control systems expertise.
Bonus qualifications include:
* Back-end experience in Python programming.
* Contract negotiation skills.
