Trade Support Analyst / Engineer
Join our Global Trade Support Services team and play a vital role in delivering end-to-end support across the trade lifecycle. Partner with both Trading and Execution teams (front office) and Allocation and Settlement teams (back office) to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the front-to-back trading desk and operational technical support teams across the Global Equities platform estate.
* Ensure the technical delivery of key operational projects and initiatives.
* Provide regular updates regarding Equities Operational changes to Macquarie business stakeholders, users, and the wider Technology Enterprise team.
* Work closely with business stakeholders and deliver prompt responses to inquiries.
* Support key cash execution platforms including vendor products such as Instinet Newport, FIS and Fusion Raptor.
* Establish partnerships with stakeholders to coordinate a variety of projects in a highly operational and regulated environment.
What You Offer
* 1+ years' experience in a previous Front/Back Office Support role.
* Experience working with execution and trading platforms – exposure to Instinet Newport, FIS, and IRESS is highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix, and SQL (both in a physical and Cloud environment).
* Experience with order lifecycles to support Trading products.
* Familiarity with Electronic Execution (Algorithmic & DMA trading) and FIX protocol.
