Community Centre Supervisor
This role is a critical component of the Community Centre's operations, requiring a skilled professional to provide leadership and support to staff, volunteers, and community members.
The Site Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, ensuring the well-being and security of all individuals. This includes coaching, guiding, and managing staff, as well as providing direct line support to family members when required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders. A minimum of two years of experience in the community social services sector is required, preferably in a senior supervisory role.
