At the forefront of retail innovation, we're seeking a seasoned Inventory Operations Manager to spearhead our inventory management efforts.

This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to leverage expertise in stock control, lifecycle management, and system integration to drive efficiency and accuracy across global fulfilment channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inventory operations, with experience in managing complex inventory systems, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and improve inventory accuracy through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and item integrity issues in a timely manner
* Coordinate intercompany transfers between markets with precision and financial accuracy
* Partner with finance on key milestones to ensure seamless stock transactions
* Support DC stocktakes and cycle counts across all warehouses, driving process improvements where possible
* Oversee procurement of warehouse consumables, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
* Collaborate with IT on inventory system integration and issue resolution, driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Develop documentation and training on inventory practices, enhancing team knowledge and capabilities
* Identify and address aged or fragmented inventory, optimising lifecycle management for maximum efficiency
* Lead and mentor one direct report focused on inventory admin and reporting, fostering growth and development
* Develop and maintain KPIs to track item integrity and system performance, driving data-driven decision-making
* Report on cycle count data and inventory discrepancies across distribution centres, providing actionable insights
* Partner with IT, Finance, and Planning for cross-functional data alignment, ensuring cohesive business strategies


Requirements

* 3-5 years' experience in inventory or supply chain operations within retail/e-commerce
* Proven knowledge of inventory control, stock flow, and lifecycle management principles
* ERP system experience, preferably in NetSuite and RMS
* Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis/reporting capability
* Experience in system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives
* Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of building effective relationships
