About The RoleJoin us as a Disability Support Worker in our welcoming group homes located between Guildford/Granville and Casula.
You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts.
Our 24/7 operation ensures our clients receive consistent, quality care in a safe and supportive environment.What You'll DoSupport clients to live fulfilling lives by assisting with daily tasks, community involvement, and skill developmentEncourage and empower clients to make their own decisions and pursue their personal goalsWork collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and supportMaintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environmentRequirementsAvailable for a minimum of 4 weekdays, ***** hoursMust be available for morning 6am-10am shiftsA current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)Why Join Us?
