This role involves:
* Preparation of reference design schemes/masterplan and yield assessments for acquisition feasibility or briefing purposes
* Contribution to project scope, design and delivery to achieve the project vision
* Assistance in design consultant selection, briefing and engagement
* Project design reviews for compliance with brief, benchmark specifications and minimum standards and valuation creation
* Management of internal/ external stakeholders and deliverables
* Development of strategic initiatives to scale, manage and guide design outcomes and ESG target delivery
* Research and analysis
* Support the delivery of programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved
* Monitor the market and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position
* Participation in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and business outcomes
We're looking for individuals who have completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date and who possess diversity in thought, skills, experiences and cultural backgrounds.
