* Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program (PLMSP) | Palladium
* Location: Brisbane (office-based)
* Contract: Fixed-term, full-time to September 2028
The role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment coordination and is looking to grow their career across the broader employee lifecycle within an international development program.

As the People and Culture Officer (Recruitment), you will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple countries, while also supporting contracting, onboarding and other People and Culture operational activities.

You will work closely with Advisors and Managers across Australia and the Pacific, contributing to compliant, timely and positive people experiences.

Key responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple roles and locations
* Manage advertising, interview scheduling, due diligence and onboarding documentation
* Ensure recruitment processes meet DFAT and Palladium compliance requirements
* Maintain accurate records and data within HR systems
* Support contracting, onboarding and staff mobilisation activities
* Contribute to broader People and Culture operations across the employee lifecycle
* Respond to recruitment and HR-related queries from candidates and managers
About you

You will bring:

* Experience in recruitment administration or HR operations
* Strong attention to detail and a compliance-focused mindset
* An interest in people operations beyond recruitment
* Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative approach and willingness to learn in a development context
