About the role
The Training Officer supports technical operations for Part 145 and Airworthiness Operations personnel. Coordinating and monitoring compliance with all training requirements.
This role is based at a remote base and involves coordinating relevant education and training activities across the technical operations team.
Key responsibilities
* Organise, plan and manage relevant education and training activities.
* Conduct regular training needs analysis to ensure service delivery is compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Undertake specialist projects and administration as required.
* Revise and maintain technical manuals in accordance with quality management processes and procedures.
* Liaise with technical operations management to publish operational and compliance information to staff.
* Produce technical manual updates for documents, using various sources of engineering data.
