Key Responsibilities
* Provide regular supervision and support within the preparation area
* Wash and prepare pets for viewings when required
* Conduct viewing cremations, as well as gold and platinum cremation services as needed
* Manage cool room operations, including tracking and caring for pets on hold
* Liaise with the Client Care team to ensure timely progression of pets to cremation in line with service guidelines
* Maintain high standards of dignity, respect, and care in all handling procedures

* Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service and care
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain organised under pressure
* Positive, calm, and professional attitude in emotionally sensitive environments
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
