Job Responsibilities
1. Assisting NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
2. Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
3. Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
4. Ensuring individual plans reflect the goals, passions, and strengths of NDIS participants.
5. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications Required
* At least 2 years of NDIS experience.
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Active ABN.
* Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* Police clearance, WWC, and NDIS screening.
