Job Description:
Due to growth, we are looking for a hands-on People & Culture Officer to support our team and senior leaders across a range of HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for HR queries.
* Support employee relations, performance, and investigations.
* Assist senior management with HR advice and workforce insights.
* Coordinate onboarding, recruitment support, and training.
* Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award and employment legislation.
* Support payroll and maintain HR records.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.
What you will bring:
* Experience in HR, recruitment, and employee relations.
* Knowledge of SCHADS Award and NDIS (highly regarded).
* Confident supporting managers and senior leadership with practical, solution-focused HR advice.
* Skilled in handling sensitive matters including performance management and investigations.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* A proactive, team player who thrives in a hardworking, non-corporate environment.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications including - Diploma in Human Resources; or Certificate IV in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
* Or a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a HR role.
* A valid Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS National Screening Check.
* A Police Check within the last 3 months.
