About the Job In this role, you will be responsible for growing the customer-focused team, managing excellent customer relationships through expert, efficient, results-driven software support and implementation. You will also rely on your strong project management skills to manage the various tasks that are required. This role will report to the Operations Manager but will work very closely with most aspects of the business. About the Company My client is an ambitious and fast-growing software company, providing Transport Management Solutions to enterprises and carriers in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. They use smart technology and optimization to solve complex logistics problems in industries such as livestock, milk, bulk, agriculture products, and general freight. Responsibilities Assisting with the implementation of my clients' products for their Australian customers. Investigating often challenging customer requirements. Providing on-site consultancy, implementation, and support services. Planning, organising, and overseeing the execution of a project from start to finish, ensuring it's completed on time. Training and onboarding support. Criteria: Proven experience in a similar role involving software (SaaS experience is nice to have). Experience leading projects from end to end. Experience with implementation and execution. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Diligent with attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service. Industry experience within freight, transportation, and logistics (nice to have).
