We are looking for an experienced recruiter ready to step into a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant position, where you will own recruitment projects end-to-end, work closely with clients, and play a key role in shaping hiring outcomes.

The Role
You will lead recruitment delivery across a portfolio of clients, managing projects from initial briefing through to successful placement.
This includes:
* Leading client briefings and defining recruitment strategies
* Managing active roles, pipelines, and delivery timelines
* Partnering with clients to provide market insights and hiring advice
* Delivering a high-quality candidate experience end-to-end
* Collaborating with internal team members to execute projects seamlessly
* Tracking activity, performance and reporting on outcomes
About You
You are an experienced recruitment professional who:
* Has a strong background in agency and/or internal talent acquisition
* Enjoys owning recruitment processes from start to finish
* Is confident working with senior stakeholders and clients
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, while valuing structure
* Takes pride in quality delivery and candidate experience
* Is motivated by building long-term relationships, not just quick wins
