About the role (and why it matters)
The Australian Multicultural Health Collaborative (AMHC) is delivering a national program focused on improving access to cervical cancer prevention and screening for multicultural communities.
This role will coordinate delivery across a national network of community organisations, health providers and government stakeholders.

About FECCA and the Collaborative
FECCA is the national peak body representing culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and works to promote equity, access and inclusion across government systems, including health.
The AMHC brings together multicultural organisations, community leaders, health services and researchers to improve health outcomes through culturally responsive, community-led approaches.
The Collaborative works across prevention, screening, health literacy and system navigation, with a strong focus on addressing structural barriers to care.
You’ll take the lead on coordinating program delivery across multiple jurisdictions and partners. This includes:
* Managing program timelines, deliverables and reporting
* Coordinating stakeholders across community, health and government
* Overseeing data collection, performance tracking and reporting
* Supporting financial, contract and governance requirements
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can manage complexity, keep things moving, and work across multiple stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong communicators (written and verbal)
* Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
* Interested in multicultural health and health equity
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* At least 5 years’ experience in program or project coordination
* Experience managing reporting, data and stakeholder engagement
