The Technical Support Officer will carry out general technical support activities which may include: equipment receipt, packing, dispatch, pick‐up and delivery (driving required); management of parts, consumables, test equipment and technical manuals; data entry and checking; telephone answering and customer service; cleaning of specialised workshop areas and equipment; and other miscellaneous workshop support activities as required.
