Blooms Hobart is seeking an exceptional Pharmacist to step into a leadership role and manage the day-to-day operations and growth of our pharmacy business. We are looking for a dynamic, values-driven individual who thrives on challenge, leads with integrity, and delivers a consistently high standard of care. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about caring for the carers, demonstrates selflessness in service, and wants to play a key role in shaping a growing pharmacy aligned closely with General Practice.
About the Role
* Lead and manage the daily operations of a busy, growing pharmacy
* Drive business growth while maintaining exceptional professional standards
* Work collaboratively to integrate pharmacy services with our aligned General Practice
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the pharmacy team
* Deliver outstanding patient-centred care
What We're Looking For
* A registered Pharmacist with leadership or management aspirations
* Strong communication and people-leadership skills
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation and integration of care
* Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and service
Employment Details
* 38 hours per week
* Weekday shifts required, with some after-hours and weekend work (pharmacy open every day)
* $10,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year commitment
* Opportunity to grow with an expanding, integrated healthcare business with potential for buy in after 3 yrs
