The Role
We are seeking a reliable, capable Sous Chef to work closely with an experienced Head Chef who leads the kitchen with clarity and standards. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy service, follows systems, and enjoys being hands-on.
You'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Executing Italian dishes to a consistent standard
* Running sections confidently during high-volume services
* Assisting with prep systems, stock control, and cleanliness
* Supporting and guiding junior kitchen staff
* Maintaining food safety, organisation, and service pace
The Right Candidate Will Have
