Be an experienced litigation lawyer. Have exposure to arbitrations. Have at least 7 years' relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience. Be client centric — commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running. Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships.
