Role

This newly created Digital Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital fundraising at Camp Quality. Working alongside another Digital Marketing Manager and reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll be part of a growing team dedicated to scaling the organisations digital impact.

The role is responsible for driving revenue and conversions through digital channels, with a robust focus on Meta and Google advertising. You’ll lead the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns, while also producing engaging creative content that inspires action and delivers growth across Camp Quality’s fundraising and acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns, maximising revenue, conversions and ROAS.
- Digital Advertising: Test and iterate ad creative, copy, and audience to improve conversion.
- Digital Advertising: Deliver regular reporting and clear performance insights to inform strategy.
- Digital Advertising: Stay across industry trends and platform updates.
- Creative Production: Concept, produce and edit campaign assets (short form videos, graphics, animations for paid media).
- Creative Production: Brief copy requirements to copywriter, align with campaign objectives and brand voice.
- Creative Production: Capture and curate engaging event and program content.
- Creative Production: Work with external video producers, creating content.
- Tracking and Analysis: Manage campaign tracking through pixels, GTM, and UTM parameters, ensuring accurate attribution.
- Tracking and Analysis: Skilled in GA4 setup and troubleshooting across multiple domains, creating tailored reports using Explorations and custom dimensions that drive actionable campaign insights.
- Tracking and Analysis: Ensure tracking accuracy and consistency across Meta, GA4, Funraisin and Salesforce.
- Tracking and Analysis: Analyse performance data to provide proactive optimisation recommendations, with a strong focus on Meta and Google campaigns.
- Team: Execute strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Team: Work collaboratively with the other Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Digital Marketing to support delivery of digital marketing strategy, managing junior team members, delivering creative and campaign execution.
- Team: Collaborate with agencies and suppliers where needed, ensuring campaign alignment with brand and fundraising strategy.

Your Skills & Attributes

- Proven experience (5 + years) working in digital marketing/advertising.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communications or similar.
- Track record managing paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience creating ad assets (video, stills, motion graphics) tailored for paid channels.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and either Premiere Pro or After Effects), with demonstrated ability to independently produce and adapt creative content to campaign needs.
- Strong knowledge of pixels, tags, and analytics tools (Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Proven ability in generating high ROAs for revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and reporting.
- A high degree of initiative with proven ability to collaborate.
- Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload under tight deadlines.
