We are seeking an experienced HR Services Supervisor to join our team, responsible for providing expert HR knowledge and support across various levels of the business.

This pivotal role requires exceptional analytical skills, ability to interpret legislation, and experience in stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of highly skilled HR professionals, ensuring accurate data management, payroll input, and compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing day-to-day operations of the HR Help Desk, and driving key initiatives of the People Solutions strategy.

Travel will be required to our office and on occasion to our local operations.

The role can be based in our head office or from our office in Pinjarra.

About the Role:

* Provide comprehensive HR knowledge, including employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, compensation programs, and HR policies & procedures.
* Maintain the integrity of the Workday HR system, ensuring accurate data management and payroll input.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR Help Desk, ensuring consistent service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
* Drive key initiatives of the People Solutions strategy and implement HR business processes aligned with global requirements.
* Support regional and global HR projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

* A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline is highly advantageous.
* Supervisory experience within a HR position with knowledge of HR and payroll systems, preferably Workday and ADP GlobalView.
* Proven analytical skills, ability to interpret legislation, exceptional communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management.
* Experience of systems implementations such as time & attendance or other new technologies.
