Motel All-Rounder Job Role
This position entails a broad range of tasks including maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and supporting the breakfast service in a collaborative work environment.
1. Facilities Management:
o Conducting regular inspections and performing repairs to motel rooms and common areas.
o Ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and fixtures.
1. Cleaning Services:
o Cleanliness and preparation of motel rooms for guests.
o Restocking amenities and supplies as needed.
1. Landscape Maintenance:
o Tending to outdoor gardens and landscape features.
o Ensuring plant health and appearance.
1. Breakfast Support:
o Assisting with food preparation and presentation.
o Providing excellent customer service during meal times.
The ideal candidate is practical, reliable and comfortable working indoors and outdoors. They must be flexible with their working hours, including early mornings and weekends.
