This is not a generalist marketing role.
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands funnel-based marketing, list growth, and conversion — and can build, manage, and optimise that system end-to-end.
You'll work closely with Wild Hive and look after two Wild Hive partners, one of which is the Australian Institute of Family Counselling (AIFC).
The opportunity
AIFC is a values-led organisation delivering counselling, training, and education that strengthens individuals, couples, and families. This role exists to help translate that impact into clear digital pathways — from first click to meaningful engagement.
If you get excited about:
• Turning traffic into subscribers
• Subscribers into enquiries
• And enquiries into real-world student outcomes
…you'll feel right at home.
What you'll be responsible for:
Designing and managing marketing funnels using ActiveCampaign (this is core to the role)
Building and optimising landing pages aligned to campaign goals
Integrating Meta and Google campaigns with list building and automation
· Create and refine email journeys, tagging, segmentation, and automations
· Work with the Wild Hive team to align creative, copy, and media with funnel logic
· Monitor funnel performance and making data-informed improvements
· Support campaign delivery across two partner organisations
What we're looking for
You don't need to know everything — but you must be strong in the fundamentals.
You have:
* Deep, hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign
* A solid understanding of funnel architecture (lead magnets, nurture, conversion)
* Experience building or briefing high-performing landing pages
* Confidence integrating paid digital campaigns with CRM and email automation
* A practical, systems-oriented mindset
* The ability to work independently and communicate clearly with partners
It's a bonus if you've worked in:
* Education, counselling, or NFP environments
* Small, agile marketing teams
* Multi-stakeholder partnerships
Why this role is different
* Clear scope — no vague "do all the marketing" expectations
* Work that genuinely impacts people and families
* Flexible part-time hours with meaningful responsibility
* Work with a dynamic national marketing team (Wild Hive)
Location & hours
* Canberra-based
* 16–24 hours per week
* Hybrid/flexible working arrangements available

If you're the kind of marketer who thinks in flows, systems, and outcomes — not just posts and clicks — we'd love to hear from you.
