Role Overview
Reporting to the Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition Coordinator, this role provides day‐to‐day leadership to Talent Acquisition Specialists, coordinates recruitment workflow, and partners closely with People & Culture Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver effective attraction and selection outcomes. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist maintains an active recruitment portfolio and personally manages complex, critical or high‐priority recruitment campaigns.
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the following skills and experience who is ready to make a real impact:
* Experience managing or coordinating recruitment workflows within a high‐volume or sustained recruitment environment.
* Experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating staff (formal or informal leadership).
* Demonstrated experience delivering end‐to‐end recruitment services.
* Possession of or progress towards tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources or Industrial Relations field (desirable)
* National (or Federal) Police Certificate no more than 6 months old
