**About this opportunity**
You will be a part of a high-performing sales team, managing administrative function and ensuring compliance.
No day will be the same and duties will be varied in this fast-paced and supportive team.
**Duties will include;**
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders - i.e. agents, conveyancers, contractors, vendors
- Support agents from pre-listing duties through to the sale, from ordering relevant documentation to arranging sign board removal
- Manage contracts/files and ensure compliance to both legislation and agency policy/standard
- Ensure CRM data is clean and up-to-date
- Onboarding of all new staff members, including arranging photos, business cards, computer logins and provide some guidance when needed on accessing and use of relevant technologies
- Ideally we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator that brings 1 -2 years dedicated experience in this role
