The Role
Reporting directly to the National Training Manager you will design and facilitate training in multiple areas within the business. You will be an integral part of our upcoming systems integration as we enter a stage of rapid growth within the business, where your training and content development skills will shine. This role will be based out of our custom-made office in Geebung for 3 days per week with the other 2 being work from home.
The finer details on the role:
Assist management and on-site staff with site inductions
Facilitate workplace health and safety training
Design and deliver training modules for our CRM and ERP systems
Occasional travel to our other branches in Australia

What are we looking for?
Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training:
Expert knowledge in ERP/CRM training
Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM or Salesforce, and an ERP system
Experience delivering face-to-face, remote, and virtual training and support
Highly developed training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners with diverse backgrounds and skillsets effectively.
Robust stakeholder management skills.
Beau
