Sales Assistant Position:
About this role: To be a successful Sales Assistant, you must have a safety focus to ensure your safety and that of your teammates and customers. You will contribute to sales performance and KPIs, be a team player, demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence, provide superior information on products and services to customers, maintain shop presentation and ensure shelving is stocked, clean and maintained. You will also show commitment and reliability to shifts and have a passion for the motorcycle industry.
Key Requirements: You enjoy staying active at work, prioritizing effectively and working in a fast-paced environment. As a motorcycle enthusiast with existing retail experience, you will build meaningful relationships with customers and peers, be fun and enthusiastic, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Availability across a 7-day roster is advantageous. Additionally, you are proactive and driven, work well in a team, have a 'customer comes first' attitude, enjoy achieving targets and are conscious of workplace safety.
