We're looking for a skilled Storeperson to join our client's team in Adelaide's north-east suburbs! This casual position offers ongoing hours with the potential to transition into a permanent role. You'll be working with a socially conscious provider in food packaging, thermoforming, and distribution, contributing to a high-quality and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate forklifts to move, handle, and store goods safely, and for loading and unloading trucks
* Perform warehousing and distribution duties, including managing stock and maintaining inventory accuracy, picking orders using handheld RF scanners, and manually picking and palletising stock
* Operate automatic pallet wrappers to prepare stock for dispatch.
* Process delivery dockets, invoices, and related paperwork accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in line with food safety standards.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and food handling regulations.
Job Requirements:
* Current and valid Australian forklift licence.
* Previous experience in warehousing and forklift operation (food industry experience highly regarded).
* Ability to manage documentation such as delivery dockets and invoices.
* Full-time availability and permanent right to work in Australia.
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
