About the role: The Project Support Officer provides project, executive and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the day-to-day operations for the Suicide Prevention and Response Office, Balit Murrup Unit and the Policy, Equity and Prevention Unit. The role includes confidential secretarial and administrative functions and provides a pivotal point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of government, private, public and community service sectors. The Project Support Officer undertakes a broad range of tasks including diary, email and meeting management for three Directors, preparation of written correspondence, maintaining accounts and budgets, and assisting with projects as required. The role works in close collaboration with other project and administrative support staff (including Executive Assistants) in the Prevention, Policy and First Peoples Branch.
