Branch Operations Manager
Our client, a well-known logistics provider to the food industry established in 1943, has a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their business in Launceston.
Responsibilities
* Understanding and implementing HACCP, quality & food safety required within the standards and timeframes
* Implement OH&S standards and manage workers safety and workers compensation
* Maintain budgets
* Assist in the development and expansion of existing client base
* Oversee site operations and co-ordinate day to day administration of the site
* Manage all operational staff as well as implement staff evaluation, training and recruitment as required.

This role will require some flexibility in terms of working hours and being able to respond to early morning calls should there be any operational issues, with the working typically starting around 6.30-7am.
