Project Contract Management Opportunity
Role Overview:
As a Project Contract Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and execution of proactive contract management and risk mitigation strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply contractual, claims, and insurance management principles and Alstom governance to ensure project compliance.
* Analyse contracts to develop and implement effective contract management strategy plans.
* Monitor work progress to guarantee adherence to contractual obligations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in contract and project management tools and systems. They must be able to anticipate and manage conflicting priorities while being operationally effective and accountable.
Contract Management Expertise:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in contract and claims management for railway, infrastructure, or construction projects. They will collaborate closely with the Project Director as a key member of the project team and prepare the Contract Management Strategy Plan.
