Overview
Dr Craig Smith is a Hand and Wrist Surgeon/Plastic Surgeon. His main practice office is in West Perth but he also sees patients and operates in Bunbury and Busselton. He requires a part-time Medical Receptionist for his Busselton practice.
Hours
Wednesday 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8.
Responsibilities
* Greeting patients at their appointments and helping them provide appropriate patient information
* Issuing patient invoices and receipts
* Entering and maintaining patient details in the patient database
* General office administration and assistance to the surgeon
Qualifications and Attributes
* Previous Medical Receptionist experience in a medical practice is preferred
* Good computer skills and experience with appropriate computer software
* Good communication skills and a pleasant welcoming and friendly manner
* The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
* The ability to be available for leave relief when other staff are on leave
