About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
Prepare accurate and timely memos, letters, forms, reports, and presentations for the Medico Legal Unit in line with the organisation's formats and standards.
Draft appropriate responses to complex correspondence or take further action as necessary with predetermined authority.
Assist with the preparation of high-quality documentation for each request for advice ensuring detailed records of discussions and actions are maintained.
Undertake legal and medico-legal research and prepare, collate, and format all correspondence efficiently and professionally in accordance with Queensland Health legislation within the necessary time frame using current Queensland Health style guides.
Work autonomously and use discretion in meeting deadlines and establishing work priorities.
