Learning Coordinator & Administration Support (Part-Time)

Taggart Tutors is seeking a Learning Coordinator & Administration Support to assist our growing community of families and learners. This role combines student learning support with administrative responsibilities and is suited to someone organised, proactive, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide structured learning support to students during tutoring sessions
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff (written and verbal)
* Manage rostering and timetabling for 20+ casual staff, including adjustments as required
* Oversee invoicing processes and maintain accurate client account records
* Support general administrative and operational tasks within the learning centre
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience working with children or young people
* Strong administrative capability with proven attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence managing schedules, deadlines and competing priorities
* Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment

* Availability to work afternoon shifts from 1:00pm, with some flexibility around weekends and start times
Preferred Academic Background
* Strong Mathematics capability (required)
* English proficiency (desirable)
* Ability to confidently support students up to Year 10 level

Position Details
* Part-time position
* Up to $700 per week (based on experience and capability)
* Term-time roster with adjusted hours during school holiday periods
