About the Opportunity
Join two fast-growing, private equity-backed joint ventures on an ambitious growth trajectory (15% YoY). We are seeking a driven Finance Controller to take ownership of finance across both businesses and play a pivotal role in shaping their commercial success.
This is a high-impact position working closely with two CEOs, providing strategic financial leadership and building best-in-class finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all finance functions across two joint ventures
- Deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and audit requirements
- Provide commercial insights to support pricing, margin improvement, and cost control
- Drive customer profitability analysis and support contract management
- Lead the migration to Business Central and optimize finance processes
About You
- Experience: 7+ years in financial accounting, CA (or equivalent) preferred
- Background: Technical accounting background, now thriving in a commercial finance role
- Skills: Month-end close, management accounting, Xero/Myob (Business Central exposure desirable)
- Commercial Acumen: Confident supporting strategic decisions and driving profitability
- Leadership: People-first leader who can build and grow a small finance function
- Mindset: Ambitious, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace
