Our client is a well-established Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational College in the western suburbs of Sydney, providing a Christ-centred education for life and eternity. They are seeking to appoint an HR Assistant who will:
* Maintain a commitment to a faithful walk with the Lord Jesus Christ
* Demonstrate ongoing commitment to the College's Purpose and Purpose statements
* Commit to a growing understanding of the place of education, teaching, and learning from a Biblical Worldview
* Set an example to students, staff, and parents/carers in matters of faith and conduct
The Role
* Permanent part-time, Tuesday to Friday on site
* Office based role commencing 13 October 2025, Term 4
* Level 3, Step 1 Core Scale in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff MEA, commensurate with experience ($78,089 per annum pro rata)
* Stand down during Student Vacation periods: you will be on stand down for one week at the end of each term. If required to work during stand down periods, payment will be at the applicable casual rate

Specific Criteria
* Extensive administrative experience required
* Experience with database management
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platform
* Supporting HR Manager with updating employee records, scheduling interviews, meetings and training sessions
* Preparing reports and presentations, posting employment opportunities to relevant platforms and assisting with incoming enquiries
* Creating/maintaining files & documents in accordance with compliance requirements
