Crawford Legal is seeking an ambitious and driven Commercial Lawyer with 3-5 years' post-admission experience to join our team in our Adelaide office. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality commercial legal advice and support to a diverse range of clients across various industries.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with business and property transactions
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
* Providing expert advice on corporate and commercial matters
* Building strong relationships with clients and developing your practice
* Working directly with senior members of the team, with opportunities to mentor and supervising more junior members of the team
What we're looking for
* 3-5 years' post-admission experience in a commercial law firm or in-house legal team
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
* Experience in a range of commercial practice areas
* A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach
