Role Overview
As a Personal Care Worker (PCW) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN) at Conexson, you will support participants by providing personal care and assistance as described below.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care assistance with daily living.
* Assist with mobility in accordance with resident care plans.
* Build relationships with residents and visitors.
* Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
* Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications
* CertificateIII in Aged Care or equivalent.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card).
* COVID‐19 vaccinations with booster.
* Current Flu Shot.
* Prior work experience at aged care facilities preferred.
Job Details
Job Types: Full‐time, Part‐time, Casual. Expected hours: 30–40 per week.
Schedule: 8‐hour shift; afternoon, day, evening, morning, and shift work options.
Supplementary Pay: Penalty rates.
Licence/Certification: First Aid and CPR (required); Driver Licence (preferred); CertificateIII in Individual Support (required); Police Check (required).
Work Authorization: Australia. Work Location: In person.
