Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer calls and emails efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.

* Develop a deep understanding of hotel products and services, as well as market segments and rate plans used across various distribution channels.

* Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize room revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales.
">
">
* Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of the property management system (PMS) database, ensuring market segmentation is accurate for each reservation.
">
">
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to co-host dinners/special events and engage in client entertainment as required.
">
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* Degree/Diploma in Training and Development or Hotel Management.
">
">
* Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.
">
">
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Hotel or Resort as Reservations Agents, with a luxury hotel background preferred.

* Saudi National is mandatory.
">
