A seasoned professional is sought to navigate technology risk landscapes and shape the future of risk management practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, expertise in technology risk management, and strong leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and mitigating technology risks, managing delivery of service offerings, driving country resiliency assessments, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The position involves coordinating risk assessments, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The role requires a deep understanding of diverse markets, regulatory frameworks, and economic landscapes, as well as the ability to innovate and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving technological landscape. A strong understanding of external risk trends and business standards is also essential for success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Technology Risk Management and/or a similar field in Information Security capability
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency in policy frameworks such as ISO and COBIT
* Strong English language skills, excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing senior or managerial staff in areas of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is also preferred. Ideally, the ideal candidate will have one or more of the following certifications: CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIA, GIAC, CIPP, or CIPT.
