This role will see you liaising with owners, builders and tenants in supporting leasing, managing and maintaining properties across Perth.Furthermore, this role will see you:Leasing: including advertising, open inspections, application processing and lease agreements and renewalsHandling maintenance requests, including organising with tenants, owners and buildersConducting Ingoing, Routine and Final InspectionsSupporting daily water and rent arrears, bond refunds etcHandover inspections on completion of construction of new buildingsAbout YouThis role would suit a motivated property manager with demonstrated experience.
