Regional BDR Team Manager

We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, especially our Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams. We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run inbound and outbound teams and develop outstanding sales professionals with integrity, empathy and a rigorous work ethic. The role involves managing a team of 2‐10 SDRs/BDRs and maintaining a multi‐million dollar pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a high‐performing SDR/BDR team.
* Develop and execute inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.
* Utilize data to drive team activities & continuous improvement.
* Maintain and grow a multi‐million dollar pipeline.
* Collaborate with cross‐team functions to ensure alignment.

* Excellent academic record.
* Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
* Passion for business development, sales, and technology.
* Track record of delivering outstanding outbound sales results.
* Commitment to continuous learning & improvement.

* Leadership experience in any form.
