Accountabilities
* Translate customer needs into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing interfaces
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to research, design, and iterate on user experiences
* Develop and maintain design systems, visual assets, and documentation to guide consistent implementation
* Present and communicate design solutions effectively to cross‐functional teams and executives
* Ensure that designs are user‐centred, accessible, and aligned with product and business goals
* Contribute to continuous improvement of the design process and user experience across products
Requirements
* Proven experience in product design with strong skills in Figma or similar design tools
* Solid understanding of user experience principles, colour theory, typography, and visual design
* Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
* Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven, remote‐first environment
* Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour with a collaborative mindset
* Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and best practices in interface design
