We are looking for a well presented salesperson, who is determined to make this role their own. Patios By Design provide the leads and are looking for someone committed to selling and closing the sale. This may suit someone who is either from the industry, from a similar industry, an estimator, or a tradesman who is looking to get off the tools, but can handle the paperwork and customer contact, associated with this role.
Role Description
Grow sales through patios, pergolas & carports.
Manage incoming leads and attend to quotes in a timely manner.
Identify and develop new customers.
Liaise with colleagues (directors, admin & installer) to maintain a high level of customer service.
Preparation of project quotes, sales proposals & site plans.
Follow up on quotes.
Awareness of council guidelines / boundary setbacks.
A commitment and drive to sales & managing leads.
Strong customer focus and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‑motivated & disciplined, determined to achieve success.
Ability to work independently but happy to work as part of the team.
Experience in the building / construction industry (desirable).
Conditions
Must have own vehicle & ABN.
Patios By Design are happy to discuss a retainer for the initial 3 months of starting.
Please note, this is a contract/commission only position, all associated running costs are by the contractor (e.g. vehicle, home office etc). This position has the potential to earn as much money as the work you are willing to put in.
